Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs procedures, public holidays, weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 2-4 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

If your order contains pre-order items, the complete order will normally be shipped once all items become available unless otherwise agreed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout based on:

destination country
package weight
shipping method selected

The final shipping cost is displayed before payment.

Product Availability & Inventory Discrepancies

We make every effort to keep our inventory accurate and ensure that products shown as available on our website are actually in stock. However, despite our best efforts, occasional human errors, inventory discrepancies, simultaneous orders, or technical errors may occur.

In rare cases, a product may therefore be shown as available even though it is no longer in stock when we process your order.

If an item from your order is unexpectedly unavailable, we will contact you by email as soon as possible and, where appropriate, offer you available options, such as an alternative product, waiting for restock, or a refund for the unavailable item.

If we do not receive a response from you within 3 days of our email, we may refund the unavailable item and continue processing and shipping the remaining available items in your order.

If the unavailable product is the only item in your order, we may cancel the affected order and refund the amount already paid.

Any refund for an unavailable item will be issued using the applicable payment method.

We sincerely appreciate your understanding that, although we take great care in managing our inventory, occasional stock discrepancies can occur.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, VAT or import taxes imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

Returns

If you wish to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, you can do so directly using the Withdrawal Button available on our website or by any other method permitted under applicable law.

Returning Your Goods

After submitting a valid withdrawal, please return the goods without undue delay.

Whenever possible, we recommend returning products:

in their original packaging;
together with all accessories;
including any promotional gifts received with the order.

Using the original packaging is recommended but is not required by law.

Return Address

After exercising your statutory right of withdrawal, the goods must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the withdrawal declaration has been submitted.

The customer is responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods, unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed by Tsubaki Beauty.

Please ensure that returned goods are securely packaged to prevent damage during transport.

Please do not send returns before exercising your statutory right of withdrawal through our website or by another legally permitted method.

Cosmetic & Skincare Products

For the protection of all customers and to ensure product authenticity, selected cosmetic, skincare, beauty, personal care and fragrance products may be protected by:

the manufacturer's original hygiene seal;
the manufacturer's shrink wrap;
an inner protective seal; or
a Tsubaki Beauty Tamper-Evident Security Seal.

In accordance with Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights and Section 312g (2) No. 3 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene once their original seal has been removed after delivery.

Opening the shipping carton alone does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal.

Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Items

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.

If your order arrives:

damaged during transport;
contains an incorrect product; or
contains a manufacturing defect,

please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide clear photographs of:

the shipping box;
the shipping label;
the damaged product; and
the affected area.

This allows us to investigate the issue quickly with the shipping carrier or manufacturer.

Refunds

Where a refund is due, it will be processed using the original payment method.

Refunds are normally issued after the returned goods have been received and inspected, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Where permitted by law, compensation for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods may be deducted from the refund.
